Sending and receiving run through your own backend — a browser cannot open an IMAP or SMTP socket directly. These settings are passed to it as-is.

You are all set

Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Archive, Spam and Trash are read straight from the server when you open them — newest first. Set the sender name and signature for this mailbox any time under Settings → Sender & signatures.
